Make your payment directly into our bank account. (Request bank confirmation letter if required)
If you do not wish to purchase online please email us for an invoice.
Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.
Please also send your proof of payment to info@alphaaudio.co.za.
For courier option please contact us to quote for your order.
Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
Please allow 3 -12 working days for cutting before you collect. Cutting may take longer depending on QTY. Unless explained differently on the description of product.

Please note if the shopping cart allows you to purchase less than “20” but the minimum order states 20 in the description you must increase it, the order wont be processed if it less than the amount mentioned.
We do not provide refunds as our products are made to order or on special order. A 30% handling fee may be charged if a return is granted. If a return is granted and there has been no costs incurred by us, the products must be returned in the same condition received, with original packaging and no damages.
Please make sure you read the descriptions of the products as some images are not an indication of the actually properties of the products.
Full amount is to be paid in order to process your order. No deposits.
Alpha Audio is not responsible for any damages made by courier. We can organise courier on your behalf but we are not a courier company and do not take responsibility for their negligence. Products are packaged with basic wrapping. If a courier company is collecting please ask them to wrap it sufficiently enough for travel. If the courier company damages a product and we are able to fix it please note that you are responsible for the cost to return and collect the product.
Collections are made at our offices “124 dunottar street sydenham johannesburg 2192” unless discussed otherwise.
Any orders made using Payfast, if refunded, will be charged 5% prior to refund.
For Payfast orders there is a 3.5% Handling charge. If you do not wish to pay this please choose EFT option, Alternatively contact us to discuss for an invoice.
